How do you ship ice cream without it melting?

We use high-grade insulated coolers packed with enough dry ice to keep your pints frozen solid for up to 48 hours in transit. We guarantee it arrives frozen, or we will replace it.

Are your ingredients bear-friendly and natural?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on using 100% natural ingredients, including grass-fed dairy and organic honey. No artificial sweeteners, gums, or fillers—just like nature intended.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to all 48 contiguous states in the US. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses due to the perishable nature of our frozen goods.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?

How should I store my Ice Cream For Bears?

For the best texture, store your pints in the coldest part of your freezer (the back, away from the door) at 0°F (-18°C) or colder.
